I met maria_sputnik at the UF Conference on Comics, which is funny because we both live in Portland. In a bizarre reversal of my usual fortunes, I actually hung out with her BEFORE discovering that she made really kickass cartoons. Go read her minicomic about the first forty-four presidents.
